Trevalien stands, leaning forward on the table.

Trevalien stands by the table as if ready to leave.
TREVALIEN: But now I see that is not to be. Very well; we will struggle on somehow. I—
CHAMPION: All right, all right, I'll do it.
PANEL FIVE:
Trevalien is seated again, interlocking his fingers.
CHAMPION: Dang it, how did you know the guilt trip would work on me?
