Comic strip for October 2 2023.
PANEL ONE: Thrumger the Storm God confronts Erlak, his fist raised. THRUMGER: I should strike you down where you stand... ERLAK: Please don't hurt me. PANEL TWO: Close on Thrumger THRUMGER: But I won't. PANEL THREE: Angle on Thrumger THRUMGER: Instead, for your insult to me, I will send my champion to meet yours in mortal combat! PANEL FOUR: Close on Erlak ERLAK: _What!?_ You don't know how hard it was for me to get a champion in the first place! And he doesn't stand a chance! I can't— THRUMGER (off panel): Then I'd say it's a fitting punishment. PANEL FIVE: Thrumger still faces Erlak, now with his arms folded. ERLAK: Couldn't you just strike me down where I stand? THRUMGER: I could do both...

Well, it's not a lot of fun to laboriously take those old bitmap files, laboriously place white blobs over the old dialogue so I can put the new dialogue over them, and then place the new lettering over that, but, eh... two October strips down, twenty-nine to go.

(Honestly, it's not a lot of fun to reletter the old Illustrator files, either, but eh, eventually I'll get through the old strips and back to making new ones.)
