Comic strip for October 28 2023.
PANEL ONE: Close on Erlak. ERLAK: All right, well, I'm glad to see you safe. I'll be going now. PANEL TWO: Grinning, Erlak disappears. PANEL THREE: The champion looks down at the giant rat, Nezhoni, whom he is riding. CHAMPION: Oh, Nezhoni, I want to thank you for asking your goddess to rescue me too. NEZHONI: What, are you crazy? Why would I do that? PANEL FOUR: Front view of the champion riding Nezhoni CHAMPION: Well, if you didn't, why did they let me go? NEZHONI: I guess Tfylaon threw that in as a freebie. PANEL FIVE: The champion rides Nezhoni through the blasted landscape in silence. PANEL SIX: Slightly closer on the champion and Nezhoni. NEZHONI: After all, she has to discourage her worshippers from calling on her too often by making them suffer somehow when they do... CHAMPION: Hey now...

Yeah, yet again I kind of forgot to get the commentary up until the afternoon of the day this strip went up. On the one hand, I don't want to do these commentaries too far in advance, because I feel like I may want to comment on events of the day that I may not have known about days ago. On the other hand... I don't really do that, and not getting these up farther in advance is probably pretty much just laziness.
