Comic strip for September 15 2023.
PANEL ONE: Bird's eye view on the adventurer and Erlak. ADVENTURER: You know, my feet are killing me, so what I was really thinking of is some kind of mount. PANEL TWO: Close on Erlak, thinking. ERLAK: A mount. Yeah, sure. I can do that. PANEL THREE: Close on the adventurer, waiting in silence. PANEL FOUR: Close on Erlak, still thinking. PANEL FIVE: Close on the adventurer. ADVENTURER: What are you doing? PANEL SIX: Erlak faces the adventurer. ERLAK: I'm trying to think of a soup-related way to grant your request. ADVENTURER: Actually, a regular horse would be fine.

Another thing I liked to draw in the early strips but was very bad at: Bird's eye views. Unlike crossed arms, I think I am still pretty bad at this. Although that doesn't stop me from continuing try to draw them.

I, uh, guess that's a change of angle in the fifth panel and he's supposed to be looking directly at Erlak? Although given the previous panels it doesn't look like he is.

Okay, I promise I'm not going to spend all my commentaries pointing out flaws in my early strips. Just most of them. (At least until I've posted all the early strips and am on to the new strips. In which case, I probably won't be pointing out flaws in them, because I won't know enough to recognize the flaws yet.
